Win and Kanchana

Praise God for this school outreach trip! We had actually heard beforehand that the principal at the very first school was pretty tough and hard to get along with, so the local pastor was a bit worried about how our activities would go. We just committed it all to God in prayer, knowing that your prayers were also with us, and asked Him to lead the way. We’re so thankful to God, He really responds to prayer and works things out in His own way for good. The program went so well. Both the kids and teachers loved it.

Nakhon Sawan Church Pastor: “Our church members were so happy and excited for us to go out on this outreach! Overall, everyone really saw how God has started working in our community. Schools opened their doors to us—even some that we thought would be really difficult, but we thank God that nothing is too hard for Him. Right now, we’re starting to brainstorm and plan our next steps for these schools because we want to keep going back consistently and not just leave things as a one-time event”.

I thank God for this past outreach. It was my first time in this province, and it was so inspiring to see the hearts of the ministry leaders there. The pastor and church members truly have a heart to serve. Everyone was so eager and excited to get into the schools. The kids were awesome and super responsive, and the schools gave us such a warm welcome. The local church has planted seeds of faith, and I’m praying they get to see a big harvest.

Praise God for our trip to Nakhon Sawan! I was so happy that 5 kids from one school were really interested and joined us for the lesson activities. Praise God—even if it seems like a small number, we thank God that He’s working in their hearts. I’m confident that after what they learn, they’ll definitely bring their friends along to also join our on-line activities.

Pai - Community Visit Impact

After school one day we visited an event, the local pastor ran to connect with the community. This brought back memories of when I was a kid. Seeing the kids in the community so touched by what we brought them felt so good, and I hope they will continue to grow in God.

Boy (Bangkok, Age 8): "I learned about what Jesus did and was so impressed by His goodness. I wonder if it hurt Jesus a lot when He was nailed to the cross?"

Girl (Bangkok, Age 9): "I learned about sin and doing good. I really liked it! Please keep making these, it was so much fun, and I learned so many things!"

Prayer and Praise Points

1) Hearts of Openness & Divine Alignment
- Wisdom & Direction for Open Doors: Praise God for the 6 schools and 1 community reached in the past month. Pray for wisdom as local pastors and team members follow up with schools that have opened their doors.
- Seed Sown in Young Hearts: Pray for the gospel seeds planted during school visits and community outreaches, that children will remember what they heard, be drawn to Jesus and connect with our team.

2) Church Leaders & Spiritual Harvest in the Provinces 
- Strengthening Local Pastors: Lift up Pastor Song (Nakhon Sawan) and other ministry leaders who serve with passionate, devoted hearts. Pray for energy, vision, and provision as they shepherd their communities. 
- Building Sustainable Partnerships: Pray for the local churches as they brainstorm and plan how to consistently visit and serve these schools, rather than leaving outreach as a one-time event. 
- Preparations for Upcoming Outreaches: Pray for logistics, team health, protection, and provision for the next series of school visits. Pray also for Kanchana, Pai, and Jean as they compile their updates and continue serving faithfully.

3) Continued Growth & Future Outreaches
- Outreach Week: Pray for the Outreach this week in the province of Chiang Yuen, Maha Sarakham, August 17-21. We are believing for a great response and children joining our follow-up.
- Local Church: Pray for the church in Maha Sarakham, that through our engagement, God would encourage them and speak to them on how they can reach the children of their communities.
- Inspiration & Future Servants: Thank God for team members like Pai, whose childhood memories inspire them to bless the next generation. Pray that children that were reached in the communities feel and understand God's special love for them.

4) Deepening Faith & Children's Discipleship
- The Children Learning Through Lessons: Pray for 5 new students who are committed to learning lesson materials in Nakhon Sawan, as well as the kids who are already involved, like Pang, Pleng, Pote, Ai-Oun and Porsch. 
- Curiosity & Understanding: Pray that the kids asking deep questions about Jesus—His teachings, His goodness, and the cross—will come to a full understanding of salvation and share their faith with friends and family.
