Letters from Students

Greetings in the name of our Lord. I would like to give thanks to our God and then to you. I have already used my scholarship finances for my tuition fee last examination. It really helped me because before every examination my parents need to find money to pay our school but now it is already given. 

I have started to play guitar in our music team. I've been playing for two weeks in our praise and worship. I could say that it is a great privilege that God has given me because I really like playing guitar and He gave me an opportunity to play for Him even though I don't deserve it. My dad and his friend, who is a dentist, started a dental mission every Saturday in different churches and sometimes in different barangays. I am the one who is holding the heads of the patient. Yes, it is tiring but I'm glad that I'm part of the dental team because I really like travelling. 

About my studies, I am now a grade 12 student and still in Berean Baptist Academy. We had our quarterly recognition day earlier and they gave me the "High honor" award with an average of 94. I am the Supreme Student Council President in our school. It is challenging, stressing, gives me pressure and makes me busy every day but I always say to myself that God has given me this because He has a purpose and this will make me grow as a person. I knew that this would be this way before I ran for the presidency but I continue because I know I will learn many things in it and I will gain experiences. Every time I come back to those reasons my stress is overcome by joy, passion, and gratitude, plus the verses I read in the Bible. I also join in sports. I am a volleyball player and a chess player. I handle the chess team, it is part of the cause of my busy day but I am enjoying it. 

My sister has graduated from college and is now in our home again and I am glad she is, even though we fight over simple and silly things I've always been grateful I have a sister. My dad, as a pastor, continues doing ministries for God and my mum is always there to support him.

Again, thank you for your generosity and your willingness to help. We will always pray for you and I'm sure God will bless you.

Good day! I am here again to share something that happened for my vacation last Christmas 2018 and also to update you about my school career and thank you for being good to me these past years up to now. 

On the 23rd day of December 2018, me and my family went to Camarines Norte in Bicol to spend our Christmas vacation. We went to our very loving grandmother and grandfather. When I was there, I enjoyed every moment. There were times I visited our neighbours and other relatives just to have time to be with them. We also went to a beach called the Bagasbas Beach and to other places. At 12.00 in the morning of December 25th we celebrated Christmas Day together. We ate so much food, we greeted each other and we gathered as one as we have to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. I must say I enjoyed a lot staying in Bicol and I seized every moment that I had there. 

Now I am a fourth-year college student taking up the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management. I am now an OJT student and I am proud to say that it will only take a few months before I have finished my study and become a fortunate graduated student. Because of that, I would like to extend my gratitude to you because you helped me a lot. I would like to thank you for all the support I gained from you. And because of my hard work and your support I am now a graduating student. I wanted to make certain you knew how appreciative I am. 

May God bless you and your family always. May He protect and guide you as you continue helping other people.
