The months of October and November have been overflowing with God’s grace, favour, and mighty works. Through your faithful prayers and partnership, Bright Hope Pakistan continues to shine the light of Christ in brick kilns, villages, schools, and homes. These two months have been marked by salvation, spiritual renewal, children rising in confidence, families strengthened, and believers growing deeper in discipleship.

Across every region we serve, the presence of the Holy Spirit has been evident — touching hearts, opening doors, and transforming lives. From baptisms and school breakthroughs to discipleship gatherings and restored families, we stand amazed at what the Lord has done. Your partnership is making an eternal difference. Glory to Jesus!

Hope is rising at our two brick kiln schools!

Over 65 children from bonded labour families are now attending regular classes, learning to read, write, worship, and walk with purpose. Each morning begins with prayer, worship, and Bible stories, nurturing hearts as well as minds. Teachers share that they are witnessing remarkable transformation—children are becoming more confident, disciplined, and filled with joy.

Eric’s Story: From the Kiln Smoke to the Classroom of Hope

Just one year ago, Eric stood in the dust of the brick kiln, his hands roughened by labour he was never meant to carry. His family lived in deep poverty and fear, bound by debt and generations of hopelessness. Like many children at the kiln, Eric did not know what a classroom looked like or what it meant to dream.

Then, God opened a door through Bright Hope Brick Kiln School and today, Eric is studying in Grade 3, carrying not bricks — but books and a Bible.

He begins his mornings by praying, singing worship songs, and learning stories of Jesus. He reads English words he once could not recognize and solves math problems he once thought impossible.

His teachers say: “When Eric smiles, it reminds us why this mission matters. He is a walking testimony that Jesus still sets the captives free.”

Eric now says he wants to become a teacher one day, so he can help other children find the same freedom and hope he received.

Ideas for the Future

Bright Hope Higher Education Scholarship Initiative

Across low-income settlements, brick kiln communities, and underserved neighbourhoods, there are young men and women whose dreams are far greater than their circumstances. Many of them completed school through immense struggle, helping their parents with labour, sanitation work, domestic cleaning, or daily wage jobs — and now stand on the edge of a future they long for, but cannot afford.

These are college and university–age students longing for a chance to step into higher education, professional skill training, and a future marked by dignity and opportunity.

They are waiting to be part of the Bright Hope Higher Education Scholarship Initiative — a bridge that may help them break the cycle of generational poverty and become professionals, community leaders, educators, nurses, engineers, social workers, and agents of change.

Many say: “We want to study further.” “We want to support our families with respectable work.” “We want a chance to prove we matter.” Their desire is strong. Their opportunities are few. This initiative upholds respect, dignity, and equal opportunity. No student will be excluded on the basis of faith, background, or social class.

This is not simply financial assistance — it is transformation.
