special timeDear Bright Hope World brothers, we are grateful to the Lord for His faithfulness at every moment, and to each of you for your prayers and support.

Activities

We started the month of October preparing for a couple of trips, and it was time to change the oil in the Vehicle's engine, which despite having 250,000 miles on it, is in good condition.

Before the trip we had a social meeting with the students of the 2024 Bible Faculty and with former students who were in Camiri, it was a nice time of fellowship and blessing singing songs and remembering experiences.

campsiteThen we travelled to Villa Montes to congratulate Janeth's mother who was celebrating her birthday, it was a day of family joy, then we returned to Camiri, because the next day we had to travel to Santa Cruz to participate in the Second Missionary Encounter. We set up our campsite and enjoyed two days of meeting many brothers who serve the Lord in different places in Bolivia. We also met old friends, and we took advantage of the topics and conversations in order to improve the service to the Lord and encourage the churches to get more involved with the workers. After the meeting we visited the Church on Independencia Street to meet some former students of the Biblical Faculty.

Upon returning to Camiri we held some special meetings taking advantage of the visit of Brother special timeLuis de Miguel. We also participated in a missionary meeting organized by the God is Love Church, and my daughters shared with a missionary who serves in Nepal.

With the Biblical Faculty we had the last Social going to Boyuibe to clean the church environments for its anniversary, then we climbed the hill called “the devil's molar”, a nice experience. The graduation of the Biblical Faculty students took place on November 2, the Lord gave us a beautiful climate, and a simple program, attended by brothers from the churches of Camiri and Buena Vista, as well as parents of the students from different places. It is a little sad to say goodbye to the students, and we pray that it was a year for the rest of their lives.

fun nightIn the Youth Ministry we had several birthdays in November and two graduations in December, it is nice to share those moments with the young people and thus encourage each other. The winner of the second contest that was held in the year was also awarded, rewarding memorized verses and answers to the sermon questions.

We also did pizza night, we divided into three groups and each group made two pizzas in their own way, then we ate them together.

Together with two churches in Camiri, we participated in a United meeting in the Main Square of Camiri, there were songs, a drama and the preaching of the gospel; Thank the Lord it was a good time combined meetingof testimony and fellowship and a way to reach the people of the city with the message of the Gospel.

With the youth group we also visited a brother with cancer, we sang some songs, and we said goodbye praying for the brother and his family.

We were also visiting the brothers of Santa Rosa, who on one occasion made a special lunch to share with all the brothers there. We continue studying about the Church and the topics related to it, we enjoy the Study of the Word of God. The brothers from Santa Rosa are also reaching another community about 30km from there, Chimbe, with a large Guaraní population, more support is needed because some people converted and need discipleship and someone who lives there and can help them.

encouraging menDuring this time, I also made some contacts to reopen the Mechanics course at the Technical School, since authorities and teachers in the Institution that supported the certificates have changed. Unfortunately, despite the visits I made, the current director has not given any progress to the opening. But there is a possibility that I will do so in the 2025 administration, now I am waiting for your response.

In December the school administration concluded, our children presented assignments and exams and also participated in some activities at the school where they were enrolled.

In December our girls enjoyed an OANSA camp, which is a ministry that teaches verses and lessons. It was their first camp where they went alone, without us around, and they had a great time.

Those days we also received a visit from an iguana in our corridor.

encouraging each otherThere was also a problem with the water pipe at the entrance to the bridge, which led to the wall falling before the bridge, we had to do a little work to clear the pipe and be able to connect it.

Before the end of December, we travelled to Villa Montes, and then to Tarija to visit my parents, relatives and the brothers from the churches there. The Lord gave us a nice trip and a cool climate to rest. We were able to visit the churches and participate in some activities and meetings there.
