Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Recent Events

Third course

new skills We praise the Lord for our Ashakiran Tailoring Center that our third batch students has completed their six month course and we had a graduation programme for them on the 8th of May 2024. In this third group there were 15 students who graduated with certificates and a new sewing machine from our centre.

We are very much grateful to Bright Hope World ministry and want to thank you once again for your financial support to run our sewing school so we can help some of our needy sisters to give them short training and a new sewing machine.

Now most of them are using the machine and have started work at home. Some of them are doing a good job and getting income out of using the machines. One sister gets orders for nighties from shops and sews them at home. She also gets help from others who were our students. Other students also take orders from neighbours to do sewing, getting financial help for their family. Sister M is also coming to our Sunday fellowship and both husband wife took baptism. Their daughter attended our VBS programme. We praise God for His work here.

Plans for the Future

We are planning to start our fourth sewing course from the month of August 2024 and will finish in January 2025. Students keep on coming but we have selected 14 students. In this batch some of the students who applied are from a far place. Once again, we request your support for our sewing project running in this place. I will send the budget for this project.
