We take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and prayers. May God richly bless you as you labor and serve our great God and Saviour. Despite the many struggles and issues we have gone through in the past, we can say with confidence that things are looking up after a long time.
School
The school is doing very well in enrolment and academically. We have now enrolled 150 students. The staff are very motivated and doing their very best. The Church is positively involved in teaching pastoral lessons to both the students and members of staff. There is renewed zeal in outreach to the community as a whole. Many parents are very positive and they are sharing the good around and many more students are expected in the coming days. The picture shows the students of the preschool in Nguluni. Kindly continue praying.
On the left is our old school bus which was given fresh new paint to reflect our new look uniform. Everyone was really excited to receive the ‘new’ bus! We thank God for every step taken toward the rich direction no matter how little.
Franciscah Muindi continues to manage both schools – Good News and Nguluni. The work has been very demanding and your prayers are highly appreciated. Many times she has not been well health wise.
This has continued to do very well and there is increased demand for its services, especially after the introduction of the new blood testing machine. Isaac, our brother from Congo, is finding very little rest despite having other medical workers who help him. The committee is already discussing ways of expanding the rooms of the dispensary. The blood testing machine was bought with a grant from Bright Hope World and it was to be repaid in installments from September this year but surprisingly repayments were able to start the very first month it was installed!! Praise be to God.
The photo shows the blood testing machine which God has used to give full confidence to our dispensary both from the community and the government. Truly our God is great and we continue to look up to Him. We continue to experience God’s favour in every side.
Farming continues and we thank God that now we have enough running water for the school and the dispensary. We have also started supplying to the neighbors under a new policy.
