health issues currentlyUpdate July - September 2021

Dear Bright Hope World,
It is a pleasure to write to you and tell you about some of the things we have experienced during these months.

Recent Events

Recess

In the month of July we have a recess in the Biblical Faculty and in the Technical School. We took the opportunity to rest a little and visit our family members in the department of Tarija. During that time we enjoyed seeing family members and brothers in Christ, encouraging and being encouraged by them. During our visit I was invited to preach at the anniversary of one of the churches in Tarija, which took place in the month of August. It was a time of great blessing for me, as well as for the brothers. Upon my return they were waiting for me to teach the Worldview module at the Bible School which was also a beautiful time with the students.

Bible College Trip

During the month of September, the trip that we make with the Bible College was developed for a week and we were visiting schools and churches in the department of Santa Cruz. The students showed a spirit of service during the trip and there was a lot of fruit from the sowing of the Word of God.

Technical School

At the technical school we have started the second semester. 15 students continue and this semester is quite dynamic and practical, changing subjects almost every two weeks. Motorcycle engines are currently advancing with the support of an expert teacher in the field. Previously there was another teacher who lent us his motorcycle engines and with just a few students it worked well but this year as we have more students we needed another teacher and we saw the need to buy our own engines. We bought one and got two more to be repaired during the course.

We still need a simulator for the last subjects of this year so that they can do the Electronic Scanning and Diagnosis practices.

Personal

During these last two weeks my family has suffered a few health issues. My youngest son fractured his forearm last week and this week my second daughter had atypical pneumonia and we had to admit her to the hospital. Thanks to the Lord she has recovered quickly and tomorrow they will discharge her.

Prayer Points

1) For encouragement and spiritual strength for us as a family
2) For the recovery of Abigail and Josías - my children
3) For the homeschooling of my daughters
4) For the health of my sight that has suffered from a visual spot for several months, currently it seems to have disappeared but pain comes for a few moments
5) For the salvation of Technical School students
6) Funds to buy an engine failure simulator and three motorcycle engines for practice
7) For a vehicle for our ministries

We appreciate your prayers and support.

Blessings
Efrain and Janet
